The difference between this 1970\'s car and the modern AMG ones is that this one was based on a real Gullwing, the modern ones are W129 500SL 6.0 AMG Chassis

How funny... I was there that night... I took these pictures on my camera phone in Knightsbridge in london walking past.. except there was a Bugatti Veyron as well...





I saw 2 Veyrons that night, and two Xenatecs.. the arabs are all in Knightsbridge..

Gemballa actually used to do a lot of the interior wrk for AMG, who sub-contracted it out to them on many AMG special cars..

They also did Rolls-Royce interiors but I have never seen one..
